I use bodyweight exercises and primal movements to improve your physical autonomy; that is, your ability to move your body with confidence and freedom no matter what life throws at you.
The modality of fitness I teach will increase your strength, mobility, and control over your body simultaneously. Often, the movement flows we practice together are indistinguishable from the ways you might’ve played as a child.
You’ll be amazed by how much better your body feels and moves with as little as 10-15 minutes of exercise a day. This is a perfect modality for those of us who aren’t professional athletes and can’t dedicate our days to training.
